Due to Covid-19 and social distancing restrictions The City of Corpus Christi Police Impound
will conduct Online only Auctions.

All online auctions are open to the general public, and no dealer’s license required.
You must be registered to bid.

Preview for general public is available Friday before auction
– Preview hours are 9 am to 4pm
-We will maintain a limited number of bidders with time limit of 20 minutes.
-No groups, or children will be allowed to enter. Social Distancing will be maintained.
Vehicle Payments
-***To pay in person, you will be REQUIRED to wear a mask or facial covering while at the CCPD Police Impound, if you do not have a mask, you will be asked to leave. No Exceptions.
-We will provide a hand washing station with water and hand soap.
-You be will asked to wash your hands before you enter payments areas.
-All invoices will be emailed as soon as the auction is closed.
-You can bring your emailed copy of the invoice and a valid Government ID or Driver’s License.
-We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa or Company Check written out to the City of Corpus Christi.
-All Payments are due by 4pm on auction day
-Payment line outside the main office is limited to 10 people, not guests. Wait in your car.
While in line, you must maintain 6’ distancing while wearing masks or facial covering.
-Failure to comply with new auction lot rules will be reason to expel you, if you fail to pay for the invoice, you will not participate in future auctions, and you will be permanently banned from all auctions.
Vehicle Pickup (Strictly enforced Please read)
All pickups will be conducted by appointment only and limited.
-All mad dash pickups have ended.
-You will need to call the Police Impound at (361) 857-1996
-Bring your paid Invoice and government ID or Driver License
-You are not allowed to show up early, stay in your vehicle and please wait.
-If you are late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to make another appointment.
-No one is allow to stand around the outside waiting for your appointment, you may sit in your car.
-There are no group gatherings
-Everyone is required to wear masks or facial coverings at all times.
-Please read the terms and conditions before you bid.
You will not be allowed to work on any auction vehicles with in the AUCTION LOT other than to change out a flat tire or jump start a vehicle. In other words you would need to pull, or get a wrecker to remove your vehicles from the lot.

Your Credit Card will not be billed for winning invoices, if you are a winning bidder, you will be receive an email with our unpaid invoice from AMT Auction Marketing and you need to contact us for payment.
As a winning bidder, you will to pay in person with cash or credit card.
Payment is due within 1 hour after auction!

- BUYER’S PREMIUM: 10% Is In Effect For All Items. Example If You Purchase An Item For $100 Add 10% Or $10 For A Total Of $110.00 If Sales Tax Applies Then You Add Tax.
- METHOD OF PAYMENT : Cash And Credit Cards ( MasterCard/Visa Only) Money Orders And Local Checks Must Be Made Out To The City Of Corpus Christi . A Kind Reminder, The City Of Corpus Christi Will File Charges If You Bounce Your Check And You Will Be Prosecuted According To The Law.
All Sales Are Final And Buyer Hereby Waives Their Rights To Refunds Or Credit Card Chargeback’s.
A 8.25% Sales Tax Is Applied To All Non Titled Items.

You Have 20 Days To Register Your Purchase. If You Lose Your Paperwork, A $25.00 FEE Will Apply To Each Lost Item.
- Removal Of Items Purchased: All Purchases Must Be Picked Up ….We will only allow no more than 10 people for pick up.
This will slow down the pickup process. We ask that you have patience. If you have many lots to pick up we ask that you allow bidder with fewer purchases to go first.
Buyers Are Required To Remove Purchases Within The Allotted Time. All Purchases Must Be Paid In Full Before Items Will Be Released From The Premises. Buyer Must Provide Their Paid Invoice And I. D. At Time Of Pickup. AMT Auction Marketing Does Not Guard Your Purchases, Before, During Or After The Sale Of The Auction And Is Not Responsible For Theft Of Any Item. - REPRESENTATIONS: All Items Are Being Sold As-Is With No Warranty. Auctioneer Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Incorrect Description, Authenticity, Genuineness Of Or Defect In Any Lot, And Makes No Warranty In Connection Therewith. Auctioneer Makes Every Effort To Provide Accurate Information About The Items Being Sold. Errors May Occur, Either Written Or Verbal.
